I have gotten this problem just recently. About 50% of the time that I try to load my Outlook Express, it shows the splash screen and freezes. I do not find the application running in the task manager, but I do find it in the processes. In order to get rid of it I have to kill the process. If I reboot It seems to fix itself, or maybe a couple reboots, I cannot remember. Either way, is there a way to remove OE and reinstall it or what else might I try?
