Outlook express blues

Hey all

Something is up with my Outlook express.
Everytime I try to remove (delete) and email or move it from my inbox
it pops up and tells me " an error has occurred ".

Everything else in the program seems to be working fine.
I have tryed reinstalling it, deleteing my account etc. but all that to know avail.

I have serched high and low for a fix and it seems that a reformat of my system might come up next.
Hope not.
Anyone out there ever here of such a problem?
