I've attached the image of the error message I got the last time OE crashed. This happens about every couple of days. OE version is version 6.

Should I somehow uninstall it and then download it from microsoft.com and re-install it?

If you have email scanning, try turning it off and see if the problem re-occurs. As long as you have the anti-virus resident shield running, you are protected.

ok. Thanks. I have the AT&T Yahoo online protection suite by Computer Associates with the email scanning. I will turn it off. Since I don't open attachments from people I don't know, then maybe this won't be a problem.
