    Anyone got any idea to help me please?

    I found that page to be too complicated to understand what I should do. All my other emails work fine except lineone.net. Blah!

    Thank you - I did find the answer on the page you suggested - thank you again. It was the Norton software that needed to be unloaded and reloaded.
