    Hi All,
My laptop is running XP with sp2 installed. I use Outlook express to send and receive email and have the account syncronized with my Hotmail account. When I send a message it should go via my Hotmail, however more often than not I get the following message

"Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:, Protocol: Mail, Server Response: 'Forbidden', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC33"

The only way I have found to send the message is to close down Outlook, open Hotmail (which then demands I type in the scrambled code), then open every folder, refreshing a couple as I go.
When I open Outlook again, the item is in the sent or the out folder.

I have no idea why this is happening, it has only been like this for a couple of weeks now......HELP.
