Outlook Express frozen

Hello,

I am on a Mac OS 9.1 and my outlook email program has frozen. I came here because my old Mac seems to affect everything I do. Here's the message that pops up when I try to open my outlook:

An error ocurred while launching. End of file was reached.

Any suggestions?

I don't think this will help, but try trashing the Preferences files for Outlook and then try opening the application again.

It sounds like the application itself has become somehow corrupted and would need to be reinstalled, but someone else may have more Microsoft-specific assistance, so hang out a bit and see if someone else happens along.

In the interim, does your email provider offer webmail access so that you aren't "out of the loop" until your problem is solved?
