    Hello,

    When I get an e-mail that has has a link to a web site I double click to open it. It opens the link in my old Netscape browser. How do I change it to open the link with Internet Explorer browser instead of Netscape? I am using Windows XP.

    Thanks for any help,

    Dave

    Hi Dave,

    Could it be that Netscape is your default browser? If so, you can change such settings under the "Set Program Access and Defaults" link (itÂ’s on my start menu, if yours isn't, it can be accessed in Add/Remove area of control panel - left hand side).

    Hope this helps...

    ....you also want to check off Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser

    IE->Tools->Internet Options->Programs Tab

    Do you have SP2? If yours doesn't look like this, maybe SP2 changed it? I don't have XP, so I can't verify that.
