Running Win XP and Office 2000; family member clicked "yes" when dialog box poped up if they wanted Outlook Express to be default message program. Since then whenever using IE and you click on to send an email Outlook Express pops up. Outlook 2000 works fine with by itself, problem is only when using IE. Have tried to reinstall, selected Outlook 2000 under window options all to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

    Hi boas1

Have you changed the default e-mail program in:
Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab
Click the Reset Web Settings button.
Click the drop down arrow for the E-mail: field and select Microsoft Office Outlook
Apply, OK to save and close.

    Let us know.
