the last two days, when I print an email, the margins are so small that the words are actually cut off. I have searched and searched for a place to fix this within OE. What's goin on?? Anyone know??

PS this is usually an email I have sent, get a reply to, and then print it off.

Did the print function work OK previously? If so you could try returning to the factory settings.

Open the email to be printed -> File -> Print -> Properties -> Factory Settings.

I have seen this is OE as it seems to not care how wide the E-mails are.

Printing them in Landscape seems to work better some times.

I am not impressed with the printing of E-mails from OE at all.

I suppose also you could copy and paste it in to a word document, but it's better to have the problem fixed.

There does not seem to be an option to return to Factory settings under the print menu. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago.

OE shares a lot of settings with Internet Explorer and margins is one of them.

Open Internet Explorer, go to File>Page Setup and play with the margin settings there to correct the problem over in OE.

Help..... please excuse me but I have not used this before and no one is helping me at Comcast. My email is not working. COmcast says they don't handle outlook express. I've been disconnected once already. I have 4 different email addresses. Yesterday I was only getting one. Once during the day I got emails but I got two of all. Today I can't get any from 3 of my email addresses. Who can help me? It seems I"m caught in the middle. Comcast won't help and they are my cable provider and ISP. Who can I call

    Frustrated of course........... Joanna
