    Hi Everybody!

OK. Here's my problem. I have a client who, everytime he prints out an e-mail, (he is using OE with Win98 OS), the name printed out at the top left corner of the page, is spelt wrong.
I have checked Windows registration name, MS Office registration name, accounts and identity info, computer name, etc. and I can't figure out where its getting the misspelled name from. Is there a reg setting that it calls from, or what?

Please help. It's not urgent, but it's driving me nuts.

    Thanks

    Columbo :)

Tell him to open OE & go to tools & properties... click mail & then find his name & click properties... ... check his spelling there

Changing the settings through Tools, accounts, properties should have changed it.

Try a registry search for the mispelled name.

    Hi,

I tried going through Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties. The name was spelt correctly
I will try doing the registry search.

    Thanks for your help guys.
