outlook express problem

i hope this is only a small problem. this is the problem and i have no clue in fixing it
when i finish a e/mail i like to put a giff in it now it will not go in
i go to inset picture browse to what pic i want click on it then ok
and a error message appears stating error 195 i will try and put
the actual message as a a/ment thanks in advance.col.
i have win.me o/express 5.5 i/ex 5.5 sp2

 

thought i would attempt to solve problem my self.went to win.knowledge site and could not find info so decided to install i/e
6 and outlook express6 and did and no more error 195 problem solved.col.
