    Hi

Haven't come across this before - I have installed XP Pro SP2 and downloaded
    all the updates.

Just went to send an email (Outlook Express) - and the Spell Checker is greyed out.

It always worked out of the box on WIN98 and XP Home.

On options I can't to seem to find 'check spelling before sending'

How can I turn this function on?

    Cheers - Stephen

OE uses the same spell checker as MS Word, so if you don't have Word installed it won't work. But if you don't have Word or don't want to install it you can get Spell Checker For OE which is free, small and does the same thing.

    I've got Office 2000 - I'll load that now.

    Many Thanks.
