Please help. My computer was just serviced and the tech guy didn't save my email settings. It has been awful trying to get things working again. Have had no help from Roadrunner on this. I have a roadrunner email addy and also a business email addy. The roadrunner addy is fine. The business addy is allowing email through but the logon box keeps popping up. Roadrunner says my incoming mail cannot be a roadrunner addy because my business email is not a roadrunner addy. I have typed in pop-server.roadrunner.com in that box. He says it needs to be a Go Daddy related thing in that box. Does anyone understand what I am saying? Can anyone help?
