Hi. My refresh option has suddenly disappeared from my Outlook Mail. Every help topic I've searched keeps on about starting by pressing Send/Receive, which doesn't show up until I send an email, or using the gear cog to find it, which it doesn't. Right clicking on nonexistent gray toolbars or icons doesn't work. Nothing works. I have to sign out and in again, and I just want to refresh it simply like before. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Have you tried hitting F9? Also, have you changed any of the settings in Outlook to try and tweak the send/receive times?

I can use F9 but I used to have a simple send/receive refresh arrow on the Inbox Mail. I don't know what happened and just want to reinstall it. Thanks.

I'm on Outlook 365, but I don't think it's changed markedly from 2013. In that regard, look at the top-right above the ribbon for the Quick Access Toolbar. There should be an icon at the right of this toolbar where, when you hover over it, it'll state Customize Quick Access Toolbar. Click on that, hover over Update Folder, and then left-click on it to add it to this toolbar. I think this may be the one you're referring to, since you can click on this and it'll carry out a Send/Receive for your emails.

The applications are created the same way, so the principle remains.
