I am having a problem with the time on received messages in Outlook 2000. It shows messages recieved around 8:00am being recieved at 12:00pm. About four hours off. The time messages are sent is correct though. Kind of weird. I have check the times on all PC and the Server and it is correct. Outlook is the only application with the wrong time. We use an outside company for our mail server. Could that be the problem, could the time on the mail server be wrong and thats what is causing the problem? Any ideas?

What time zone is the external mail server in?
The time may be correct for that location?

Also check the time zone set in the PC's, not just the time itself.

The mail server is in the same state so I know that's not the problem. I'll check the time zone on the machines though.
