    2 PCs, 1 Router, 1 DSL modem

    Outlook 2003
    MS Exchange client
    Windows XP Pro SP2
VPN Client Connection to corprate network

    They can recieve emails fine

But when they try to send them, the emails appear to just sit in the Outbox. If you close and open Outlook. The Outbox is empty, but the email was never sent.

I belive the issue is with the router or the ISP. This is not an SMTP (port 25) issue, since they are using MS Exchange client to send and recieve the emails and they are on a VPN connection.
The VPN connection is working fine since they are able to recieve MS exchange email without a problem.

    any ideas?

the server space quota has been exceeded.
my co. has a max of 450.
at some point you'll be warned.
next if you reach another quota level, you'll be stopped from sending
if you exceed the absolute max you wont be able to send or receive.
    need to archive mail.
