I have a PC with an Intell 1.6 GHertz Processor, XP Home Edition, 1.2 GB RAM, Office 2003.
I also use a Cable Modem with a Linksys Router.
I recently installed Apple's Safari Brouser. After trying it, I decided that I did not want to use it and uninstalled it from my PC. Now when I use Outlook to read my email and I have a Hyperlink shown in body of my email I get the following error when I click on the link:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions ineffect on this computer. Please contact the System Administrator."

I am the Systems Adminstrator, as this is my computer, and I did not put any restriction on the computer. Can anyone help me with this problem?
