I have just bought a new Lenovo Yoga 530 and installed Microsoft Office. I can access Outlook, but it simply asks for an email address and password, then can't setup the account. When I choose manual settings and enter the servers etc, it still won't set up the account. The account is our own domain. Works perfectly on other windows laptops, macbooks and devices.
I've read there are problems with Outlook on Windows 10. Does anyone have a fix? I've reset and reinstalled a couple of times already. Nothing changes. So frustrating.

    Hi,
It is easy to create or add an account in Outlook. Which is your email provider, using which you are creating your account?
It is necessary to 'Allow less secure apps' to access in your Email provider settings option. For more information, you can go through the blog on How to Add Outlook Email Account on Windows OS.

    Hope this may help you.
    Regards,
    Alfyie

Can you provide the actual error when you try to add the account?
