Outlook "out of facility"

    I know that outlook has an out of office message. But is there anything that will let you see everyone that is out of the office. I think i have heard of something called out of facility. Basically, so managers can open it and see if any of there employees are out for the day. So if you had a traveling sales staff of about 25 you can keep track of where everyone is at.

    There is a Sample Exchange Server script that uses the Out of Office Assistant settings for each user to generate a list of who's in and out of the office in a public folder.
    Its called in/out board. Heres a link to a example of how it works
