Hi all. Long story but in order to back up Outlook files using Synctoy I needed to make a few changes to the folder such as 'show hidden files'. Did this and ran the synctoy then went to open Outlook (2003 at this stage) and it wouldn't open - suggested that it couldn't acces files? Went back in and made sure they weren't read only and then it opened but wouldn't send/recieve. Created a new profile and now it almost sends and recieves but keeps asking for passwords, which are saved in accounts, and even when I enter them, it won't connect to the server???

I know the Account details are correct so it's not this. I also know it's not a problem with my provider as everything works ok if I log on as Administrator rather than user? I guess one option would be to create a new Windows User Profile, but this would obviously mean having to start again on everything else?

    Can anyone help?
