When running Outlook very once in a while I will get a pop up window as attached. I don't know what causes it, nor how to get rid of it. Any help will be appreciated. Henry

If you have email on your phone or other devices that check the same account. You'll experience an error if said device's accessing the email server at the same time your Outlook's trying.

Check with comcast to see if there has been any lock outs for your account. Generally that's the reason you are seeing this box (the account user/password box), especially if you have your account on multiple devices. The other would be corrupt cached information, but that's generally more for corporate email.

Then to, your email server just may have hic upped and was not available at that time.
