I have my Hotmail and another POP account set up to send & receive via MS Office Outlook 2003. I have the Hotmail account set as the default, yet it seems that Outlook will only send and receive for the POP account. I have to manually send/receive to find new message for Hotmail. Is there some type of setting I need to change?

    Hi walnel

    In Outlook 2003:
    Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups > Edit

Select the Hotmail Account and make sure there is a check mark in: Include the selected account in this group
OK, Close to save your changes.
You may need to restart Outlook 2003 for changes to take effect.

Let us know if that works for you or not.
