We have an employee using Outlook and everyone who has sent a PKI to him, isn't stored right. When he opens the contact and looks under the certificate tab, it shows his own certificate as default.

We have checked everything we can think of. I have a PKI from Verisign and mine is storing fine. I had him delete one of them (it was in a client's contact and showed his PKI as the default) and then add it back in. He did that and it still shows his certificate as default.

We have contacted Verisign and I have spent hours searching, but can't come up with a solution.

    Thanks.
