I am currently using Microsoft Web Access to receive my university emails. I have received a message from the System Administrator informing me that the size of my mail box has exceeded the allocation provided, probably as a result of the large number of attachments that I deal with on a routine basis. The email informs me that it is possible to back up messages using the personal file folder, which has been abbreviated to .pst in the message. I would be really grateful if you could inform me what this is and how I am able to go about it.
