if i have 2 mailbox in outlook, how do i configure my replies to correspond accordingly to each mailbox?

You don't. You choose the dropdown next to the Send button and choose which account you're using to send from.

Unless you're on an exchange server at work. Which won't work. You can only send from your "company" address.

So sorry, really...


Unless, of course, you're trying to "send on behalf of" someone else who has given you permission to be a delegate...and even then it says "Your name on behalf of Your other name" and ONLY if both your mailboxes are exchange server and not POP3.
