    Hey there
It would seem lately that my computer is getting an upgrade.
I now have a program that formats usb drives as ram, but what about the processor?

How would i go about overclocking a 700mhz P3 processor to run at 800mhz or possibly up to 1ghz?

I have heard of people overclocking 450mhz to 1ghz, but i would like to know how to do it, as well as the damages that it may have on my computer

    Cheers all

    James

Quote from crjdriver (because he still hasn't had the time to create that overclock sticky thread ;):
All of the numbers are example values. Improvise a little, or ask if you're astounded.

hello gatewaypc700. Why would you want to overclock a P3? They came out with P3 versions that are faster than that. Look to Tiger Direct or Newegg and shop.Less headache in the long run.
