Is there anyway to test if your computer is running hot. I checked the fans and they are running. When I moved my computer the back air hole seemed very warm. I am having all kind of problems like crashes when idle with screensaver running after a few hours. and crashes surfing. I have tried starting fresh and everything I can think of. I have a emachine, 366, 160mb, win 98. Thank you.

    Hi j neu
Some people here suggest running with the case open and a small fan blowing into the case. Should be a good test.
