    Hi

    I hope someone can help.

I use Outlook 2003 for my emails. My PST file has become oversized.

I've looked on various Microsoft sites and have downloaded the PST2GB utility which unfortunately hasn't worked in my case.

It does appear to be a known issue with the PST file becomming oversized.

What can I do to rectify this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

do you get an error message - If you can still read the emails - I would create some personal data files and move the email into those files - that we keeping under the 2GB limit

    its quite simple to setup
