After installing drivers for the OVT Scanner I get the following message when trying to connect:

Scanner is not communicati;ng with PC.(102:)

Going to divice manager the scanner is flaged and the following message apprears in the Device status box:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

When you installed your OVT Scanner software/drivers, did you shut down your Anti-Virus program? Just a thought.

I didn't, but I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers with anti-virus off and no change in results.
