I tried to upgrade from XP Home to Windows 8, the upgrade assistant appeared but wouldn't work.
I got error message 193, oxc1, missing autorun.dll. I later found a Trojan that I removed. Still no luck.
Later the cd drive stopped working so I can't run the system recovery disc.
What do I do? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
