The restore CDs are set up for particular models, hence, a resoore CD for one Packard Bell model number would be wrong for another model number. The drivers would be different.

Since there were so many Packard Bell models, looking for a restore CD for such outdated equipment by an out-of-business company might be like searching for the proverbial needle in the haystack. You bight have better luck simply opening the case, identifying the chips on the add-in cards and then doing a search for drivers. I have a lot of them here and might be able to e-mail them to you.
