Running win98...Problems with it hanging. read that if I run System Integrity Check, it might fix this problem. It didn't. I use a program called Incredimail to read email. Was working fine before I ran this system check. Now it won't run at all. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the email program but that doesn't work either. I have tried editing the registry as well, but nothing. I need to access this program as I have a lot of important emails there. The following is the error message I get when trying to open the program.

Yes, I went to their help site. That was the first thing I did. There was no mention of this problem and unless you pay for support, you can't get any. I don't think that this is a problem of the program. Rather I think it is a cause of something in win98 operation system that is affecting the program and causing a problem in the registry.
    Any other ideas?
