I suppose that it is a difference inn software used but on this site:
www.leog.net the page notation and access is superior to this boards. Certainly in Random there are multipage threads where this would be most useful

 

The indexed type of page would look horrid with very large threads. For example, what would the topic "Fun Game" look like with 27,000 plus replies to the thread.....pretty ugly me thinks. The frame thing on the page is kind of obnoxious if you want to view a post full window. I suppose you could right click and select open in new window. The indexed look is kind of bulletin boardy....the old time bulletin boards

 

I don't like the look of that site at all! TSG is far superior! Take care. angel
