Palm HotSync under Win2K via USB

    Okay, further question.

    I setup my fathers PalmPilot HotSync cradle, but I can only sync it via Administrator. I granted full rights to the directory to my fathers username (in the "Users" Group) but it won't work.

    When I click on the HotSyn logo he does not get an option for the USB connection to the cradle, although the USB controller works without problems under his user (as evident by the fact that the mouse operates)

    Any clues?

    Have you tried giving your dad more rights to his login and installing it under his login?
