After a rather lengthy period of inactivity, I have tried to use my palm again. Apparently the battery died while it wasn't being used, so I charged it. Now, when going through all the setup and configuration of the Palm. The screen doesn't respond to being touched by the stylus. I'm currently at the "Tap the Target" part.
So far I've tried taking off the screen protector, and I've tried using the 'Reset' button, neither of those things helped at all.

Is there anything I can do to fix this, or would it require sending it in for repair?

    Repair?

Given the low price of the unit I doubt that it is actually repairable. Many of the low-end PDA's are glued together (for life) meaning servicing is not an option.

It does sound like a harware error, I assume you have tried a hard reset?

    Yes, yes I have.

By "Repair" I meant send it into the company to be fixed. Apparently it's an option, but one that I wouldn't take, seeing as it would cost $65 to fix such a low-priced thing. I was just wondering if that was the only way it could be fixed.
