Antivirus: Panda Global Protection 2012, Updated and Enabled

A few weeks ago my Panda suddenly wouldn't load (error 0001:0006) "Program Files/Common Files Security/pavshld/PAVSHLD.DLL is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. " Then I have to use their generic uninstaller on Panda's site to get rid of it all. I have repeatedly tried to install GP 2012 and it won't install correctly. Tried off Global Protection 2011 disc and internet DL for GP 2012. I contacted Panda who gave me a supposed solution.

    Dear Customer,

You will need to uninstall the software from the Control Panel -> Add and Remove Programs and then reboot the system.

Next you will want to manually uncompress the installation file PandaGP12.exe into a folder. To do this:
*a free program called winrar will be required to perform these steps.

    1) Create a folder in your C:\ drive called Panda.
    2) Right click the mouse button on the installation file PandaGP12.exe, and select "Extract to .."
    3) Extract the contents of the file to C:\Panda.
    4) Go to Start -> Run and type CMD then click OK.
    5) In the new window type "cd \" and press Enter
    6) Now type "cd Panda" and press Enter. You are now on the path C:\Panda
    7) Now type Setup /Shield and press Enter, this will launch the installation again.

I was unable to extract from the download (option not available) so they told me "The error points to a install shield issue....you might have to look at repairing the Microsoft files.. our only work around would be the steps sent in the first e-mail." I tried to fix this using the MS Tool but it made no difference.

I have Panda installed now and the anti virus seems to be working but it won't update (last update reads 4/15/2011) or open. Now my computer keeps turning off and on, and is not booting up into Windows. I have run a virus scan with Malware Bytes and Spybot which say my computer's clean.
I have included a HiJack This log and hope it helps.

Update 10/14/2011...had my computer powerboard replaced (hence switching on and off) everything wiped clean and fresh installation of Windows 7. I can't believe it...Panda is still experiencing the same error. It is obviously not caused by a corrupt file or anything seeing as it's all new so now I am more confused than ever...I can only figure that this has occured due to a conflict with one of the Windows updates....what to do now? :(
