    Hello,

I am hoping someone can help us. We have a HP Pavillion Laptop, just a year or so old, running Vista and IE 7.0. We recently installed open office, Things were working fine prior to that.

Now when we attempt to connect to the internet at Panera bread, it says is is connected, however IE will not bring up even the Panera login page. Ping www.yahoo.com in the command window results in no return packets.

Does anyone have an idea as to what we might try?

    Thank You

    Welcome to TSG forums!
    Have you tired the following?
Press the windows key and R key, type cmd in the box, click okay. Now type "ipconfig /all" (without the "s) click enter. then type in ipconfig /flushdns. Not there is a space between ipconfig and the /.
    See if that helps.
    vicks
