I have a Sony Viao VGN-FS790 Laptop with WinXP Pro as the O/S. I partitioned my 114 gig Hdd (with Partition Magig 8.0) and took 5 gig to create another O/S, Win98 SE.I rebooted to the active drive which I set as the drive I'd like to install the Win98 on. I tried installing Win98, All goes smooth with the installation till it reaches to the stage where it installs the hardware and plug & play devices. at this point it freezes. I tried rebooting it several times as per instructions on the screen to no avail. Can any one help me or instruct me on how to proceed. I'd bee very greatfull. Thank you.

I woukd recommend you to use Acronis Disk Director Suite. It has a feature that will allow you to install 100 or more multiple operating systems on one computer. You can boot an OS from any partition on any hard disk or have several multiboot systems on the same partition. After all Disk Director is a good partitioning tool that costs less than Partition Magic
