    Hi all,
I am running XP pro and i have too much CRAP on my pc so i am going to reformat. I do a lot of audio work with cubase sx and protools ect. I want to keep my system stuff separate from all the audio and video stuff I do. I run two western digital 80gb drives in RAID 0. Can anyone suggest some good partition ratios/sizes for me, and can i make these partitions in win xp setup?

    thanx

I have a small hdd -- 40 gb to be exact, and I like 3 partitions -- one for the os, one for software, the other for media/pdf's.

I'd recommend looking at your audio/video files and see how much space you use today. Add room for growth -- maybe even partition them? One audio; another video.

Yes, you can make the partitions in xp setup.
