    Hi,

My hard drive failed last year.

Since it was fairly new and under Best Buy's warranty, they were able to save most of the data on a USB flash drive before replacing it.

I agreed to secure it with Scan Disk's Secure Access (v3.o) program.

I restored the data soon after I got the machine home.

It has been a year and I thought to check the data on the flash drive before erasing it today. Unfortunately my husband and I forgot the password to the Secure Access Program.

Is there a way to get my data back? We tried all the passwords and pins that we could think of we might have used. It also looks like the program won't allow for another password to be made, if forgotten.

    Thanks! :)

Sorry, we don't provide assistance to forgotten passwords type of problems as per forum rules. We cannot verify the real situation, and do not know the whether the stick is yours.

Since there's nothing more we can do here I'm closing this thread for reasons already stated.
