Pata & Sata

    If I have a Mobo that has PATA & SATA can I have my hard drive on PATA and install a SATA DVD burner without any probs. Sorry for the noob question. :eek:

    Yes but why would you? Sata hard drive run cooler, they are quieter and ultimately faster.
