I'm setting up my old computer for my friends who will use the internet very rarely which means that they won't want to pay any extra charges for net usage (other than time spent online). They want a Pay As You Go account with whoever but one that lets them use Outlook Express to compose offline ready to send, and then send and receive with. This rules out a hotmail account etc, as they are extremely non computer or internet wise. To compose on notepad etc offline then copy and paste would be a bit too complex for them. That's not bitchy, when they were trying to send me an email (directions required via telephone they asked me where the 'dot' key was!)

I'm a bit stuck, it seems all companies now want all customers to have broadband or monthly charge dialup which are definately not cost effective for the internet usage of these two! And it must be a company who supply in the UK as well

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved,

Cheers,

BT/Yahoo, Virgin, Tiscali, Wanadoo, Supanet all do pay as you go. I can't find any of the big companies that don't do it.
