There is a company trying to connect to my PC via PC Anywhere to see if they can locate some very important file layouts and specs for EDI mapping.

Problem is, they say they are unable to connect to my IP and want to know if it's valid.

It's a 10.0 IP since our company is subnetted of course.

Any idea while my 10.0 address will not let them connect? Could it be an issue with our Cisco Pixe Firewall blocking access?

They need the IP address or your router's WAN interface and you need to set up NAT to point all PCAnywhere requests to your internal 10.0. address.
