Hello, I bought a new 4GB of RAM and I had an old 4GB and when I turn on both for computer operation it will not display the image, and when I turn on 4GB and another old 2GB memory then it recognizes 6GB. I tried to replace the slots, but it didn't, and I tested both correctly, both are 1600mhz, but of other brands.
I'm update my bios to new version, motherboard support 8gb ddr3.
