PC crashes regularly without Blue Screen

Hi, I am having a problem, that I can´fix by myself with my PC and hope one of you has an idea that might help: For 4 Months, my PC hard crashes without a blue-screen whenever I play resource and graphically more demanding intense games for some time. What happens is: The PC turns off for a second, then boots into the message from the Mainboard, that there was a power surge detected, and I go to the boot menu with F1. I have checked the temperatures, and they all seem ok. I can use the PC normally without any issues, so it only happens when I play games.

My Specs: Intel®️ Core i5-6500
Hyper X Fury Black DIMM 16 GB DDR4
Corsair Carbide 200R
Noctua NH-U12 SI
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 OC
Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
be quiet! System Power 7 500W
Kingston SSDNow V300

Nothing is overclocked. I think it might be the power supply, but since I don´t have much money at the moment, I can´t afford just buying a power supply for it not to work out after...

It started only happening when playing the most demanding games, but now also happens with less resource-intense games.
Does one of you have a good idea, what might be the issue, and how to fix it?

Since the problem began with graphically intense games, try updating the GPU drivers. Go to the GPU manufacturing site and download their drivers and install. . See what happens.
