My PC keeps crashing and restarting itself with no kind of error message. I’ve tried testing ram, stress testing, deleting softwares and updating drivers to no avail. Please help.

    CPU- Ryzen 5 3600
    GPU- 5700 XT Nitro+
    MOBO- ASUS Prime X-570 Pro
    RAM- Trident Z 3200 2x8

What's the make/model of your PSU? Is this a recent build?

Unstable power can also cause a PC to crash. Switch power supply and re-test.

I built this PC in September and had issues starting late November.

The PSU is EVGA SuperNova G3 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular

What PSU would you recommend to be the safest bet?

Late November - around the time of Win 10 v1909 available for self-upgrade. Maybe the upgrade did not go smooth. Backup your data files. Download MS Media Creation Tool and run it. It will Generate a USB memory stick or DVD. Boot with that and re-install.

Tried and was able to game for maybe 10 mins when the same problem occurred. Thanks for the help, though!

What arr the temps when the PC is idle and when it's on load (gaming)? The next thing I'd look at is the CPU cooler. Is it loose? Is it clogged with dust? I would even change out the thermal paste.

    Idle
    CPU- ~50 C
    GPU- 45 C

    Under load
    CPU- ~60 C
    GPU- ~85 C

However, the PC would crash before I would play any games, I’d just be idle on the home screen and it’ll crash. The RGB in my PC would freeze, I would get a black screen, and the audio would glitch out before the PC takes a min to restart itself and the mobo would usually get stuck on the VGA led.
