PC Died and I don't know where loose wire goes

After a few years of service, my PC tower just stopped working. When I looked inside, I saw two twisted yellow wires coming off =, what I believe is a 10 pin connector on the motherboard. The wire it putting out 12 volts.

When I power up the computer, I can hear the hard drives move, but nothing else does - not even the CPU or case fans. I tried a different power supply, but that’s not it. Perhaps if someone can tell me where that bundle of two yellow wires go, it might start working again.

Thanks in advance!

If you tried a different power supply and it doesn't work. Then there is damage to the motherboard. Maybe the loose wires touched a component and killed it.
