    Hello there!

Few weeks ago I bought an used PC. I've installed OS, drivers and the very first day of using it, I've noticed some random decrease of efficiency. It was so strong, I couldn't point a coursor on the icon.

Every freeze lasted few seconds, then everything came back to normal, and computer was running smooth.
First, I thought that maybe it's happening because of Windows updates downloading in the background. But after all of updates were installed, problem remained and it worsened over time.

Today I was trying to make some 4fun projects in Photoshop, but I couldn't, everything just slowed down for a few minutes, then came back to normal, then again and so on.

Below I have attached the report from HWiNFO, and screens from HDtune.

I appreciate any answers ! Thanks in advance.

According to your text log, your used PC has these primary specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit operating system

    Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H motherboard

Intel Core i5-4460 3.20 GHz processor
(has Intel HD Graphics 4600 integrated graphics)

    8 GB(4 GB X 2) of Kingston DDR3-1600 RAM

1 TB Western Digital WD10EFRX SATA3 hard drive

128 GB ADATA SU800 solid state drive

Did you get Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit completely up-to-date and all necessary drivers installed before you loaded your used PC with a bunch of apps?
