This problem has randomly developed recently and I'm not sure why. So I'll be able to sbe on my laptop for a half hour or so, but then it blue screens showing the image I posted. Then after that it gets into a loop of restarting and booting to windows, working for 20 seconds, ten blue screening again. Eventually this stops but then the cycle starts again. I'm honestly not sure what could've started this, thanks in advance :).

Well I need to know more information before I can help you. The first thing I would like to know is, How old is the hard drive? The second thing I would like to know is, What is your operating system?

You are getting a Stop Error: 0x0000001E which when Googled provides results pertaining to your hard drive and a memory leak. Other sources suggest something to do with your drivers. So it wouldn't hurt checking into that. Don't jump the gun but if the hardware is good and all else fails we can reinstall the OS. BUT THIS IS A LAST OPTION. Do not do this yet, we don't have enough information.

Until your reply, Cheers!

In addition to the above.
Some reasons for Blue Screens
New hardware - software installed. Device driver - Video driver - corrupted - faulty.
Faulty Ram - Overheating - Dying hard drive etc.
======
Run a Mem Test. http://www.memtest.org/
Scroll down to 'Download (Pre-built & ISOs)' 'Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)'

Download the ISO file - then burn the ISO to a Cd.
Start the Pc using the Cd and run the memory test overnight or for at least 8 passes.
It is best to run a full scan on individual Ram sticks if you can.
Or run the test but if any errors are shown - then remove all sticks of Ram - test each Ram stick one at a time and test them in different slots.

======
Hard drive test.
SeaTools for DOS tutorial - ISO to CD

======
If you can at some time get it to boot to your desktop.
Download BlueScreenView
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Download link at the bottom of the page.
Download > install.
Once it has scanned > Click on Edit > Select All > File > Save Selected Item It will open in Notepad - or save to Notepad
Copy > Paste and Post the last 4 minidump files from the scan.

I don't think this is your RAM. If so we would have beep codes at POST. Is there a Hard Drive you can use to replace your current one for a bit? if the issue stops we know.
