Not sure if this truly belongs to this thread, but my PC constantly restarts every 5-10 minutes all by itself without any warning, error, or notification. I've tried doing a virus scan with windows defender but there was no presence of it. I've also ran the (sfc /scannow) command in command prompt (no error shown), deep scanned windows for problems, cleaned the inside of the PC for dust, etc. It's difficult to even identify the issue as the PC keeps restarting every moment I try to thoroughly look into something. I've wanted to see if a factory reset could fix it, but the PC always restarts before it can reset, meaning that the reset is cancelled. I've checked and looked through the CPU and RAM, but they aren't overheating nor faulty.
Help?
Then you probably have a windows/driver problem. Enter the bios and post the following data; cpu temp, 12V, 5V, and 3.3V values. Let the system run in the bios for at least 5min. Note whether the 12V rail goes up and down or remains stable.
We know nothing about your computer, so please do the following in it:
Download and save the tsginfo.exe file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your computer will appear.
Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.
It's kind of hard to do much on the PC because it keeps restarting before I can make any progress, but I'll do my best.

The voltage of the PC remains constant for 5V and 12V at 5.07V and 12.3V respectively. The CPU and RAM temperature are both running at around 1.1V with the temperature balancing out at 27 to 30 Celsius (around 80 to 86 Fahrenheit) for both. I've looked around the setup, but could not find any 3.3V values.
It appears that Windows 10 Home Version 2004 Build 19041 64-bit was installed in your computer on August 06, 2020.
Was it a clean install or was it an upgrade install from an older version?
Based on the description of the motherboard, you don't appear to have a factory brand computer.
If that's correct, it wouldn't come with a built-in factory reset partition, so I don't know how you would factory reset it.
You should get rid of Norton Security and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app (Windows Security aka Windows Defender).
Windows 10 can have various issues when using a third-party antivirus app, so it's recommended not to use one.
I believe it would be an update from a previous version.
Are you recommending that I do a rollback for it?
I'll see if I can uninstall Norton, even though it has been inactive on my PC for a while now.
So, I've tried looking through the updates windows has gone through, and it says the latest update for the actual windows was on the 13th of August, which was the last time I used it before the problems started happening on the 17th. I am currently doing an uninstall to see if it works.
If this were me, I would just make an install usb using the media creation tool. Clean install windows after deleting all partitions on the disk; install drivers, updates, etc THEN see how it runs.
Before doing a clean install, you should test memory with memtest [runs from bootable media] In addition, if you are using a spin ie mech drive, test that with the drive mfg's boot diagnostic.
I've tried uninstalling the latest windows update, but it hasn't really changed anything. Furthermore, I've tried running the PC in safe mode and it still seems to be restarting as well. I'm starting to suspect it might be a hardware problem.
Well, not exactly, but I found the problem. It turns out there was a problem with my power cable, meaning that the power to my PC would "flicker" making it turn on and off. I've replaced it and the problem is all fixed now.
Thanks for all your help fellas!
